Dear Restaurant TeamI recently visited your restaurant on [06-03-2025] I have come all the way from Hyderabad for tasting your food. It was thoroughly disappointed with the food. Unfortunately, the dishes we ordered lacked flavor.The [Chicken Dum Biryani ] was overcooked and tasted bland. There is no Biryani Aroma, Full flavour of Garlic & Ginger smell coming from the biryani.Given the high prices, I expected a much better culinary experience. Sadly, the quality Quantity pf of food didn't match the price.I hope you take my feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.

Place is extremely unhygienic. There are lots of mice freely roaming around. We tried to inform the manager but he didn't care to bother. When you are charging a bomb atleast make sure the place is hygienic.

They don't provide menu to order. And looks like a scam. Food is not great for the price. Not at all affordable and twist is we will not know the prices when we order. Worst food, waste of money. They just attract with the atmosphereThey will Not Provide the Drinking Water , with out taking the permission , server is placing the water bottles on the table. Insisted to server the normal drinking water , his replied that they will not provided the RO water , water is chargeable, I asked him can i give a complaint regarding this and he said you can but they will not serve the regular water,My doubt is with out RO water plant or RO water how this restaurant given permission ? for cooking also they were using Kinley water or normal bore water ?

Really good property located on the main road near famous landmark Lalitha Jewellers. There is ample parking for cars. The best part is the food. The breakfast spread is really good. The chicken curry is really good. The chef also tailor made foods according to our taste buds.The rooms are good and spacious but can be paid a bit more attention to.Service is really good and prompt. Mosquito is a problem in most of the hotels, but there was no issue of mosquito inside the room.I would recommend this hotel for your vijaywada stay
