Had a fabulous three days of hospitality at Jajati Courtyard. We had a three day workshop at the Sapphire Hall where it was services by the staff, including Banquet Manager Mr.Manmatha and his team involving Touseef and Satyabrata. The involvement, Courtesy and Professionalism at tgis hotel in a town as Jajpur Rd literally matched standards of High ranked Hotel. wow!

Perfect place for great food and warm hospitality. A special appreciation to ’Chef Shidharth’ and ’Chef Ranjeeta’ for serving such delicious and flavorful food every time. Their culinary expertise is truly commendable, and they are incredibly humble, warm, and welcoming. The entire staff is exceptionally welcoming and always greets guests with a smile, making every visit feel special and comfortable.Thank you to the whole team for creating such a wonderful dining experience. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the Manager at the outer dining/snacks outlet. Being a regular customer who frequently visits with corporate colleagues, I was shocked by the blatant rudeness and "don't care" attitude I faced today while inquiring about Baskin Robbins.The manager was venting his frustration on me without any reason and even refused to disclose his name when asked, saying "do whatever you want." It’s disheartening to see such poor hospitality at a place like Jajati Courtyard. The staff admitted they couldn't help because he was the manager. I would strongly advise my colleagues and other visitors to think twice before visiting if this is how they treat loyal guests. Totally ruined my day.

I've stayed at Jajati several times for extended periods, it's the best hotel in the area... the reception, restaurant, and hotel staff in general were very kind and helpful... Mr Sagar and the entire kitchen team were attentive to every detail... I also stayed during the Diwali festival and I can't be happier than celebrating it with the Jajati team!!
