Our overall experience at the property was very enjoyable. A standout feature was the carefully arranged high tea, which included a great selection of snacks and both hot and cold drinks. The resort offers numerous activities to keep guests entertained, such as bird watching, a gaming area, a kids' playground, and other recreational options, making it perfect for families. The food quality was consistently excellent, and the service was praiseworthy. Special thanks to Chef Mr. Manoj and Mr. Pandey, who was always friendly, attentive, and ensured guests had a pleasant dining experience. The property is well kept. However, our interaction with the front desk could have been improved. When we tried to extend our stay by one day, Mr. Nikunj told us the hotel was fully booked with all 99 rooms occupied. Yet, checking online travel sites showed several rooms still available. Luckily, Mr. Prerit Arora from sales helped us quickly, secured the same room at the same rate, and made the extension easy. Room rates are somewhat higher than other places in the Jim Corbett area, but the quality of service, food, and overall experience mostly justify the price. In summary, we had a memorable visit and would suggest this property for its hospitality, great food, and variety of activities. With improved transparency and consistency at the front desk, the guest experience could be even better.

Our stay at Marriott was fantastic. The hotel is well-kept, spotless, and the service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and sincerely helpful. What stood out most was their ability to anticipate our needs without us having to ask, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the team went out of their way to engage our child with activities like baking and crafts, which was a wonderful and much appreciated gesture. We also appreciated the room upgrade and the overall warm hospitality from the team. Every interaction was professional, considerate, and welcoming. This visit reminded us why we keep choosing Marriott hotels. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable.

An elegant and beautiful resort that truly reflects the Marriott brand. Spacious, peaceful, and full of charm. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Excellent restaurants and very welcoming service.

This is the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at and doesn't live up to the Marriott name, feeling more like a local 3-star hotel. It's overpriced given the quality, service, and experience provided. Upon arrival, no one assisted with unloading luggage, so our driver had to handle it. Our bathroom had problems like water leaking from the shower, flooding the floor during use. The bathroom fixtures felt very cheap. The room and beds were comfortable, though. A friend's room was incomplete, missing many items in both the room and bathroom, but they were upgraded the next day as compensation. When requesting things from the front desk, staff often forgot despite reminders. The changing rooms and washrooms near the pool were dirty and smelled bad. The car pickup and drop-off area was quite cramped. There were frequent power outages or fluctuations, though it's unclear if this is specific to this hotel or common in the area. The elevators had broken handles and sharp pins sticking out from the walls, which was unsafe. The game room was poorly maintained, with broken table tennis handles. Housekeeping was efficient. The food and buffet were good, but more non-vegetarian options for breakfast would be appreciated. The buffet area can get very crowded on busy weekends.
