Corbett Panoroma Resort

My stay at Corbett Panorama Hotel was very disappointing. The service did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber, and the food quality was poor. Although I had paid in full, I was billed separately for dinner and, to make things worse, I was not even allowed to have dinner as anticipated. What was especially upsetting was the total lack of concern or understanding about a guest’s health condition. There was no empathy or effort to accommodate the situation. The staff behaved in a very unprofessional and rude manner. Even the hotel manager failed to communicate respectfully or show the basic courtesy expected when interacting with guests. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. The service, food, staff conduct, and management’s handling of the situation were all well below expectations. Given the price charged, the experience was definitely not worth it. I strongly urge the management to seriously improve their customer service, staff behavior, food quality, and their approach to guests with genuine health issues.

Wonderful spot for a staycation. Enjoyed my time there, the staff were very kind and provided excellent hospitality.

The stay was truly wonderful and peaceful, just as expected. The food was tasty. The gaming room met our needs. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool. The hotel staff were courteous and very helpful.

The rooms were roomy, clean, and cozy. Both the housekeeping and reception teams were courteous, accommodating, and delivered excellent service during our visit. Sadly, the food was very disappointing. It was way too expensive, and the quality and flavor did not meet expectations. None of the meals justified their cost. Actually, the only item with good quality and taste was the Bisleri bottled water. The management needs to significantly enhance the food quality and make sure the prices are reasonable. Although the rooms and staff were satisfactory, the poor dining experience negatively impacted the overall stay.

The location was fantastic. Overall, everything was good, though the game room could use some improvements. The food was excellent and the staff was helpful. They could enhance the rooms and the game room, but otherwise, it was quite good.
