Pros:The property looks very good from the outside. The staff are very cooperative and helpful. The management also seems to be cooperative. The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the railway station.Communication and connectivity are very good. Tariff is within the budgetline.Cons:The walls of the room (Room No. 4, Ground Floor, which was allotted to me) were dirty and spotted throughout. The bedsheet was torn. The washroom was in a very poor and unhygienic condition, with visible stains and spots. The geyser appears to have an electrical leakage. It gives a severe electric shock when touched while it is switched on, making it unsafe to take a bath with the geyser running. This is a serious safety concern and requires immediate attention.Electric kettle was not supplied in the room.
It is pleasant stay at this hotel, location is superb and very near to railway station platform no 4 . the only thing the staff behavior was a bit rude . I had applied for early check in which they let me do but they were bit adamant. otherwise it is a good option
No problems during the stay.
