Kamal Farm Resort

I recently stayed at Kamal Farm Resort and had a generally delightful and pleasant time. The resort offers a nice ambiance, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely think about returning and recommending it to others. The front-office/reception team deserves special praise. They were very professional, polite, and well-mannered, handling every guest with patience and efficiency. The entire front desk team merits a top rating for their professionalism and customer service. However, I must raise a serious issue regarding Mr. Swapanil Jadav, the tour booking agent. When I called to inquire politely about the small room size shown in the photo, his tone and behavior were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Rather than properly addressing my question, he spoke inappropriately and used unacceptable language. Such conduct is not acceptable when dealing with customers, who deserve basic respect and courtesy. I was particularly disappointed since he holds a senior position, and this behavior does not reflect the professionalism expected from someone in such a role. I urge management to look into this matter seriously and take suitable action to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Aside from this, I have a few suggestions: some rooms could use better upkeep and improved interior lighting; the food selection was somewhat limited, so adding more variety would enhance the resort experience; and the excellent standards of the reception team should continue to be maintained. Overall, I had a great visit and the positives far outweigh the negatives. I would be happy to come back. Resort and overall experience: 5 stars; Reception/front office team: 5 stars; Room maintenance and lighting: 4 stars; Food variety: 4 stars; Tour booking agent interaction: 1 star. I hope management receives this feedback constructively and keeps up the resort's excellent reputation.

Savio was extremely helpful and treated us like family. The DJ and live music night with singers was enjoyable. However, the rooms are quite small and have limited amenities, such as no intercom available in the room.

The staff was helpful and everything seemed well organised. The activities both indoor and outdoor were fin

Our time at Kamal Farm Resort was delightful. The accommodation was cozy, the meals were delicious, and the water park provided fun activities suitable for both children and adults. The resort is very reasonably priced, offering excellent value for the cost. The staff were polite, accommodating, and made sure our visit was enjoyable from start to finish. It's a fantastic spot for family trips, group picnics, corporate gatherings, and even destination weddings. The location is handy, and the overall vibe is calm and pleasant. In summary, it's a good resort that balances lodging, dining, entertainment, and service well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would certainly suggest it to others!
