I had a wonderful stay at the hotel ’?. I had booked Premium room with valley view for family vacation. The staff was alway ready to assisst us. Rooms were cleaned, well maintained with comfortable bedding for a great night sleep. The hotel location is very close to Gandhi chowk and mall road. Check ’ in and check ’’ out process was quick and hassle free. In-house restaurant serves hot and delicious food.

My stay at Hotel Highland was extremely disappointing. The hotel was completely different from what was shown in the online photos.The property is very old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was below standard, the furniture was broken and outdated, and the furnishings were dirty. The washroom was unhygienic and not maintained properly. There was also an unpleasant smell in different areas of the hotel, which made the stay uncomfortable.The staff's behaviour was not welcoming and felt rude at times, making the overall experience even worse.I feel the online photos create a misleading impression of the hotel. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained stay. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of the property and service.

We booked one Valley view and one standard room. Valley view room was good but standard room was not worth money. Location is perfect. Very near to Gandhi chowk. Tea kit and toiletries served in both rooms.
