The hotel was quite nice, with noticeable effort put into the exterior and entrance. The service was prompt. Additionally, Mall Road and Gandhi Chowk are only about a 5-6 minute walk away. However, the rooms didn't match the hotel's overall quality. They were well constructed but lacked essentials like toilet paper, sugar, coffee, tea, milk sachets, and towels. We had to request each item individually by phone, but they were delivered quickly after one call. More attention to the rooms would have been appreciated. Overall, the hotel is very good, and I would recommend staying here. The staff is cooperative and polite, and the breakfast in the morning is also excellent.
