The manager's behavior was unacceptable. He ignored guests' basic needs and showed little interest in resolving issues. Instead of providing support, he was dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor management experience.I had a frustrating stay due to the manager's attitude.

Very disappointing housekeeping service. The towels and napkins were not changed during our stay, even after we specifically requested fresh replacements. We raised the issue with the staff, but our complaint was ignored and no action was taken. Clean towels and napkins are basic expectations in any hotel, and the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest requests made our experience unsatisfactory.Worst breakfast experience. We were told that coffee was not available and our request was declined without any effort to accommodate us. Basic breakfast service expectations were not met, making the experience disappointing.

Showers had no hot water, causing significant inconvenience. We informed the manager, but our complaint was disregarded and nothing was done to fix the problem. Customer service was poor and basic guest needs were neglected.

The manager acted inappropriately, neglecting guests' essential needs and showing minimal concern for solving problems. Rather than offering assistance, he was indifferent and uncooperative. Because of this poor management, I cannot suggest this hotel. My stay was disappointing because of the manager's demeanor.
