Group • India • Jun 2026I am disappointed with my stay at La Ruelle Guest House.The first issue was that the room provided was not the same as the room I had booked. I had reserved a larger room, but upon arrival I was assigned a much smaller room. When I raised the concern, I was told that this was the room I had booked, despite the booking details indicating otherwise.The second issue was the air conditioning. The AC was not working properly throughout my stay. I reported the problem to the reception multiple times, but no effective action was taken and the issue remained unresolved.There was also poor communication regarding the late check-out request. The manager had agreed to allow a one-hour late check-out, but the reception staff later refused to honor that agreement, which created unnecessary inconvenience.To make matters worse, I found several cockroaches inside the bedroom, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations set by the booking, and the lack of responsiveness from the staff made the experience even more disappointing. I hope the property addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
Basic all needs are available in room, budget friendly,situated at good location, staffs are cooperative.
