Le Apex Tharavaadu

I stayed in the dormitory, and considering the price, it was acceptable, clean, and comfortable. They should have assigned a female receptionist to make female travelers feel more at ease. What really prompted me to write this review was the fraudulent behavior here. For cleaning cloths, they charged 15 rupees each; the total was 60, I gave 100, yet the lady kept asking for the money. I didn't like that when I asked to rent a scooter, Mr. Selvan offered a discount for two days. I used it for one day but fell sick and couldn't use it further. I asked if someone else could use it another day and gave him the keys with fuel, and he agreed. Later, he still demanded payment for that unused day. Also, when I tried to book a Rapido ride and it didn't go through, I asked Mr. Selvan if he knew an auto driver. He found one, and I showed him the destination. He asked for 150 rupees, though Rapido costs 113; I agreed after some reassurance. When I arrived, the auto driver demanded 400 rupees. Later, I realized Mr. Selvan was deceiving both me and the auto driver. This is definitely not a good sign to be around such people. Be careful!

Selven, the manager, is a friendly and kind person who is very helpful. He arranged a bike and other facilities for visiting all areas in Pondicherry.

I am fully happy with the staff service, especially Selvan. Customer satisfaction is very good and the value for money is excellent. I want to say a few words about Selvan; he is one of the most amazing people I have met. He truly took care of us and showed responsibility even after we left the room. He helped us with our language and gave us guidance on places to visit. I will come back just because of him.😌

The rooms were tidy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Manager Selvan was very helpful.

Nice spot, thanks to Selvam.
