Clean rooms, great staff. A decent breakfast and close to Olive Bar and Kitchen and the Tanjor Tiffin Room. Only let down with single glazing and street noise, not helped by really noisy ac and extractor fans, as well as overstuffed pillows. Nicely decorated and a great shower.

Solo Traveller • Feb 2026Beware of the noise! The hotel is incredibly noisy. Thursday nights there is a club night in the downstairs restaurant and it sounds like a nightclub in the room. We tried to complain at reception at midnight but there was nothing they could do - pounding music till 2am. Subsequent nights there was no music but terrible banging of what we assumed was dish washing from the restaurant, furniture moving noises all night as well. Essentially it was pretty impossible to sleep.
