The hotel has a great location with easy access to many cafés, shops, and restaurants. However, the rooms did not match the photos, and in some areas, the wall paint was worn out. The complimentary breakfast was average. Parking is limited and needs to be done on the roadside. Overall, it’s suitable for a short, one-day stay.

Beware of this hotel.I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. It is an average hotel in a good location. However, my experience during checkout was extremely disappointing.At checkout, I was shocked to see that a food bill was added to my account for a dinner I never ordered or consumed. The bill was signed by someone else using my name. I was staying alone, and no one visited me during my entire stay.Later the same day, I received call from the hotel stating that a food bill was still pending. This time, they falsely claimed that I had come down to the restaurant and had dinner there. I asked them to check the CCTV footage and confirm, and to call me back after verification. I have still not received any response.This is pathetic and unprofessional service. Guests should be very careful while staying here. Always ask for a detailed bill and ensure you personally sign for any charges. Otherwise, they may add someone else’s bill to your account and insist that you are responsible.

We stayed here on 24-25Dec 25. They have 40+ rooms. Rooms were neat with lift faciity. The hotel located on 2nd floor and above as below is occupiedby a hospital hence reception is in the 2nd floor. We checked out around 6am on 25th. Our big TWO issues for everyone to consider are they don't give you access to stairs, it was locked when I tried to use it as lift was stuck in 4th floor at 6am. They allowed us to use smaller lift looks like used by staff. In case of a fire hazard it's certain to invite a tragedy. SECON ONE They claim PARKING but share it with a hospital so they could accomodate 2 to 3 cars. They have 40+ Rooms but just few parking space. I parked my car on the pocket road walkable from hotel with no security.I booked this hotel as i paid it in advance and they had claimed to have parking and was located on the main road. So I am giving a low rating. Except these two the Rooms were good and neat and wifi was ok.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a large part of that was thanks to Mr. Jubrail, who was working the front desk during the night shift. He was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. We arrived very late, but Mr. Jubrail made the check-in process smooth and even helped us with our luggage. No matter the time of night, he was always available with a cheerful attitude and quick to assist with any questions we had. His excellent service made a real impression and contributed greatly to our enjoyable experience. We highly recommend his service!"
