We stayed at Lords Plaza in jaipur before this, the staff and property was fantastic. Here, we has to carry our luggage to and fro from the vehicle everytime,located at outskirts but still not enough parking,the initial impression was that we not welcome or like aaye hi kyu h jodhpur,corridors are noisy,so poorly constructed rooms that you can hear other people talking from the room besides you,our room had a door connected to other room which was locked but still a 4 star hotel.Tried curry pakoda , never have i tasted such bland curry in my life,aloo parantha priced at 250 was smaller than a butter roti. Also, ordered 2 paratha with dahi and received 2 paranth with one dahi, if you are charging for 2 than shouldn't you be providing two? Tasteless parantha btw.Asked for scooty rentals from travel deskand got "we don't know what's that"Would never even remotely ask someone to stay here even if it's the only hotel left in jodhpur.Worst city to visit btw.
Spa swimming pool or gym nothing is working since hotel started they have pasted sorry for inconvenience Than why do they show on website It’s just bluffing the customers with false information
