The Marugarh Resort & Spa

This was a very bad experience for me, especially because of a lady named Damini Paliwal who was sitting at the help desk. She was extremely arrogant and unwilling to accept any mistakes. Her behavior towards us was inappropriate and unprofessional.After we checked in and took possession of our rooms, we discovered a serious problem. We had booked two rooms, but even after five hours, neither room was getting properly cooled. When we raised a complaint, the staff was not willing to acknowledge the issue. After another two hours, a technician finally arrived and confirmed that the cooling was indeed not working properly.Following this, we were provided with different rooms, but even there, one of the rooms still had the same cooling issue. By that time, we were already exhausted, and it was late at night. Instead of enjoying the property, our mental peace was being severely affected.When I returned to the help desk to discuss the matter, Ms. Damini was still unwilling to listen to our concerns. She told us, in effect, that we could do whatever we wanted and leave the property if we were not satisfied. As a result, we were forced to check out immediately.In addition, maintenance work was ongoing at the property. A painter was standing on a ladder outside my room window and working there. I have no idea what he may have been able to see through the window, but our privacy was clearly not protected. I am also uploading photos and videos as evidence of this issue.I can only say that nothing was left undone in making our stay difficult and stressful. We were forced to search for another hotel in the middle of the night, which completely ruined our trip and caused us significant mental stress and inconvenience.

Had a wonderful stay at Marugarh Resort with family. The hospitality and ambiance were excellent, food was very tasty, and the location is absolutely amazing. A perfect place to relax and enjoy quality family time. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Jodhpur
