The accommodation was excellent, though a bit hard to locate since it's tucked away down a narrow side lane; Google Maps gets you close. Upon check-in, Gopal, the manager, was extremely welcoming. I was offered a choice of rooms and picked one with a large bed and a spacious bathroom. I was informed this is a homestay and encouraged to treat it like my own home. Gopal was very helpful when I needed glue for my shoes and generously shared local tips and travel advice. I highly recommend this place. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, offering wonderful views of the fort and city.
