Hello Team Magnum Riverside, Kalyani Nagar, Pune,It was truly a great pleasure to share that my one-week stay was absolutely amazing. I would like to sincerely thank you for providing such excellent hotel service.The staff are very understanding of guests’ needs and emotions and are always accommodating. From booking to reception, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, everyone was polite, helpful, and professional. I would also like to mention that the security arrangements were very good, making the stay safe and comfortable.Thank you once again to the entire team. I had an incredible experience at Magnus Riverside! The person at the reception, Neelam, was quite accommodating and patiently heard my concerns. At one point there was some issue with the tea I ordered in the room, but overall it was a worthy experience. The rooms were cleaned everyday, there was no issue with the AC or the furniture. Good experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Magnus Riverside, and I would especially like to appreciate Neelam for her exceptional support throughout my visit. She was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made my stay more comfortable and pleasant.
