I had an incredible experience at Magnus Riverside! The person at the reception, Neelam, was quite accommodating and patiently heard my concerns. At one point there was some issue with the tea I ordered in the room, but overall it was a worthy experience. The rooms were cleaned everyday, there was no issue with the AC or the furniture. Good experience!

We travel frequently to Pune & always make sure to stay at the Magnus Riverside hotel in Kalyani Nagar. We choose to stay here because the services are exemplary & this time also we were not disappointed. Nilam at the front desk made sure we had a smooth check-in. She also made sure we had a comfortable stay. I recommend this hotel as it is budget friendly
