When I checked in the room wasn't ready used towels in the toilet, refrigerator not working I was told give it sometime and asked if Manager in charged can replace it but still he told me it will get cold but never, safe box isn't working asked to replaced but never I was told all safe box in the hotel are all broken, air conditioned are making noise had to turned it off in the middle of my sleep, the shower drain is clogged so it's flooded when you shower, owner need to fix room 301, I was already checked into the hotel when the next day the Manager asked me they need to fix the door forc10 minutes only, 10 minutes passed by and door not fix so I told them please leave fix the door tomorrow. The hotel can be improved if only owner looks like a family business focus on fixing it. Will come back to this hotel only if they show me the room first where I will be checking in.
Very good Hotel for family
In the first room alloted fan regulator was not working. The second room alloted was dirty and at night the sound of canteen was really loud. The worst nightmare was one rat 🐀 which was making sound for quite sometime which was ignored by us initially thinking it was on false ceiling suddenly jumped from the curtain and then again the room was changed at 3 a.m. night. So request you not to recommend this hotel to customers Shriram L P Moye
