The Citiotel, Shivaji Nagar

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had for the amount paid.There was absolutely nothing satisfactory about the service. The food quality was poor, there were no complimentary facilities, no arrangements as promised, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The staff's behavior was disappointing, and even the manager failed to respond to our concerns.The hotel atmosphere felt unpleasant, with a bar on the premises and activities that created a very negative environment. Apart from the location, there was nothing positive about this property.The room had a strong foul smell, and the bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Despite making an advance payment and confirmed booking, the room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The bed, blankets, and bedding were all dirty and poorly maintained.Overall, this stay was a complete waste of money. I would never choose to stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Please, please avoid this property if you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and pleasant stay.

Very very very very poor service and hotel please don’t I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Very disappointing service. According to the charges, the service is not good at all. I wouldn’t even pay ’500 for this room. Neither the food quality nor the service was satisfactory. In fact, there is no one to listen to the guests ’ you keep complaining, but no action is taken. Unprofessional and inappropriate activities were also noticed. The beds, washroom, and room were all very dirty and unhygienic. Even the complimentary services were nothing worthwhile. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

When I checked in the room wasn't ready used towels in the toilet, refrigerator not working I was told give it sometime and asked if Manager in charged can replace it but still he told me it will get cold but never, safe box isn't working asked to replaced but never I was told all safe box in the hotel are all broken, air conditioned are making noise had to turned it off in the middle of my sleep, the shower drain is clogged so it's flooded when you shower, owner need to fix room 301, I was already checked into the hotel when the next day the Manager asked me they need to fix the door forc10 minutes only, 10 minutes passed by and door not fix so I told them please leave fix the door tomorrow. The hotel can be improved if only owner looks like a family business focus on fixing it. Will come back to this hotel only if they show me the room first where I will be checking in.
