Location wise hotel is perfect. But some of the staffs are not cooperative/well trained. Lady at the reception is extremely rigid on policies. Waiter at the reception table doesn't even know how to serve properly. The toaster at the breakfast table didn't work for the 2 days days of my stay. I suggested alternatives but again..staffs rigidity comes first !! The AC duct and exhaust in the washroom were full of dirt. AC remote doesn't work properly and is placed far from bedside.
I booked this hotel through Agoda because the property looked good and well-maintained online. However, when I entered the room, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the washroom. It was not clean at all and was in such a poor and unhygienic condition that I was not comfortable using it.I requested another room, but unfortunately, I found the same issue with the bathroom there as well. Considering the hygiene and cleanliness standards, I decided not to stay and took my bags and left the hotel.I requested the hotel to refund at least 50% of the amount I paid, as I could not use the room due to these conditions, but they refused.I would therefore request Agoda to please look into this matter and consider providing me with at least a partial refund. The condition of the property was completely different from what was presented online, and I don’t feel it is fair to charge me the full amount for a stay I could not use.
