I booked this hotel through Agoda because the property looked good and well-maintained online. However, when I entered the room, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the washroom. It was not clean at all and was in such a poor and unhygienic condition that I was not comfortable using it.I requested another room, but unfortunately, I found the same issue with the bathroom there as well. Considering the hygiene and cleanliness standards, I decided not to stay and took my bags and left the hotel.I requested the hotel to refund at least 50% of the amount I paid, as I could not use the room due to these conditions, but they refused.I would therefore request Agoda to please look into this matter and consider providing me with at least a partial refund. The condition of the property was completely different from what was presented online, and I don’t feel it is fair to charge me the full amount for a stay I could not use.
rooms are ok for a couple of night stay in the heart of the city. a bit noisy at night, so be ready, bathrooms etc are not maintained well
