Absolutely terrible experience. I booked this hotel in Pune while coming for my German language exam, trusting the photos on their website. The room I received looked nothing like the pictures ’ completely misleading and unacceptable.Breakfast was promised at 8:00 AM, yet it wasn’t even ready by 8:10. When someone has an important exam, timing matters. On top of that, there was nonstop drilling and banging noises at night and again in the afternoon. How is anyone supposed to rest like that?This place is unprofessional, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I strongly do NOT recommend staying here.

Great location and the cleanliness was good too best part was that they have an Indian restaurant in house with really tasty food.Buffet breakfast was good too.Overall I'll recommend this hotel

1 Star ’ Extremely Disappointing ExperienceThis was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.We had booked the hotel for a night check-in, but upon arrival we were informed of a strange check-in timing policy that was never mentioned on the app or communicated beforehand. Because of this, we were forced to stay elsewhere for almost 9 hours, yet were still charged for both days, even though we did not stay there on the first day at all. At 2 a.m., being told to ’find another place’ is completely unreasonable.When we finally checked in, the situation got worse. The electricity went out around 10 p.m., and we were shifted to a normal room even though we had paid extra for a deluxe room. The replacement room was smaller, less sanitary, and clearly inferior. Despite paying for a deluxe room, we spent most of the night in a standard room, which is unacceptable.What made it worse was the staff’s attitude. Instead of fixing the issue, they blamed us, saying we were ’outside’ and therefore they couldn’t resolve the problem’even though other rooms had their lights on and only ours didn’t. Taking responsibility was clearly not their priority.The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff repeatedly blamed us for issues that were entirely their fault. For the price we paid, we received none of the service promised.Breakfast was promised at 7:30 a.m., but it was not provided on time, and when we asked for something as basic as tea, we were again blamed for no reason. We didn’t even have a single proper meal at the hotel.Overall, the hotel has hidden policies, terrible service, poor communication, and zero accountability. We left feeling frustrated, exhausted, and completely dissatisfied.Do not recommend this hotel at all. Please stay away.This experience was absolutely pathetic and not worth the money or the stress.

It was a super delux room. Rooms were not at all cleans. Also basic sanitary kit were not available.
