MGM Mark Whitefield Hotel

Stayed in MGM Mark Whitefield, for an official purpose. The location of the hotel makes it more attractive and convenient for the guests / person's to travel to their respective workplace with ease. It is a good place for accommodation with well behaved, co-operative and supportive staff. The overall atmosphere and ambiance was pleasant and comfortable, making it a decent place to stay. A special thanks to all the chefs in the kitchen, specifically Mohammad Sahil, who always try to satisfy the guest by cooking food as per their requirement and it was not an exception in my case too - he has provided food, as per my need from time to time.

Had an excellent stay here. It’s a great choice for business travelers, especially with the convenient office pick-up and drop service they provide. The food was also very good. The reception staff Smita, Gopi, and Shubham were all extremely polite and helpful. On a few occasions, I forgot to avail the airport and office pickup services, and Smita personally called to remind me, which was truly appreciated. The services from Nitun, Rahul Ray was also good. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Had a good stay at MGM Mark Whitefield during our work trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. They also accommodated our request for a late checkout, which we really appreciated.The restaurant food was good, and both room service and housekeeping were prompt and reliable.The hotel location is a bit secluded and mainly surrounded by office buildings, so there aren’t many shops or markets nearby. However, it’s very convenient for office travel in the Whitefield area.Special thanks to Gopi at the front desk for his courteous service and support during our stay.

Stayed here for three days during a business trip. The overall atmosphere and ambiance were pleasant and comfortable, making it a decent place to stay. The food was satisfactory ’ not exceptional, but good enough.However, the WiFi service was quite disappointing. Although the internet speed was good when connected, the connection kept dropping frequently and would not reconnect unless the staff reset it from their end. I had to contact the reception multiple times, and eventually, they provided a wireless dongle as a solution.Regarding the location, there are very limited options nearby if you want to step out for food or other essentials, which can be inconvenient for longer stays.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Special thanks to the receptionist Smitha for her friendly and welcoming attitude. The room was clean and comfortable, and room service was prompt. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a good variety including fresh fruits. The waitress was polite and served with a pleasant smile. Truly a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
