Worst checkout ever. Mis communication from Ms. Haritha at the reception.Collecting advance (which is fair) but forcing to clear the balance before 48 hours of the check out time.Easy billing is really a skill, that the hote reception lacks.

It's near by to all the popular places. They gave a fridge but not useful to cool water or beverages. Bathrooms are rusty, tea cups were not replaced they are rinsed in the bathroom and placed back in the tray.

Nothing like a wow factor, the location is good. The team working at reception is also nice, but the room had a foul- damp smell as if they were not opened from long time.Apart from that, the hotel is rated 4 star, but the washroom isn't that great.

Very disappointing experience at Minerva Grand Hotel. We ordered starters first and planned to order the main course afterwards. In the middle of our meal, the manager named Venky came to us and said that there was no main course available because it was already finished.It was only around 2:30 PM in the afternoon, which is still lunch time, so it was surprising that all the main course items like biryani were already finished. What made it worse was that they were still serving biryani to customers who arrived much later than us.The staff behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping us or explaining properly, they spoke very disrespectfully.Overall, it was a very bad experience. Poor service, poor management, and rude staff. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their service.
