Costly... not value fr money... swimming pool not clean... maintenence not so good
Low on Staff, have to remind and call multiple times to get the things done, rooms aren't maintained well with floor peeling off, dinner buffet has very minimal choices and taste is not satisfactory For one of the rooms booked, door lock was not functioning properly, I guess the basis pre check is done properly before allocation of rooms to guests Very disappointed!
Book a room here at your own risk. The A/c in the room wasn’t working and we hand to complain a 100 times for change of room and they did it to is after 4 hours. The property maintenance is pathetic and the staff are not trained. The rooms have old food stains all over and some rooms had bed bugs. The worst food ever. Avoid this hotel like the plague.
