NO ADEQUATE PARKING FOR GUESTS! I visited Moses Dental Care, and despite empty parking spots, visitors were prohibited from using them. This is very inconvenient in such a crowded area. I've encountered this problem several times - the management needs to find a solution.

My experience with this venue was very disappointing. The facilities are poor, the staff are unprofessional, and the management is unresponsive. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hall.The management claims the hall can accommodate 350 people, but in reality, around 200 guests can be seated comfortably. Beyond that, the seating becomes cramped with very little legroom, making it uncomfortable for everyone.Another major issue is accessibility. The Platinum Hall is located on the 3rd floor, but there is only one small lift that can accommodate about four people at a time. During events, guests have to wait a long time to reach the hall, which is especially difficult for senior citizens and people with mobility issues.My advice is to avoid paying any advance amount before thoroughly verifying the facilities and capacity yourself.This review is not written out of frustration’it's based on my actual experience. During events, guests face long waits to get up, which is especially hard for elderly and those with mobility challenges. Very good location. Near guruvayoor bu terminal. Short distance from guruvayoor temple. Calm place. Have vehicle parking area. Staff was good behaviour. Liked mini suit room. Decent room area. Service was good. They didn't receive card payment. No card swiping option. We can pay through Google pay and cash. Overall good. #guruvayur #hotel

Excellent location close to Guruvayoor bus terminal and a short walk from Guruvayoor temple. The area is peaceful with parking available. The staff were polite. Enjoyed the mini suite room which had a decent size. Service was satisfactory. They do not accept card payments or have card swiping facilities; payment can be made via Google Pay or cash. Overall, a good experience.
