Very bad experience. They are not considered customers

My earlier reviews were removed by the hotel, so I'm reposting this for families and devotees. They seem to be fabricating positive reviews using their own people. Please be cautious. Terrible and Unsafe Stay at Shiva Inn, Guruvayoor I recently reserved a room at Shiva Inn, Guruvayoor and paid a ₹2,000 advance. The experience was very disappointing. The refreshment room was in awful shape, seemingly made with asbestos sheets on the terrace, badly maintained, and unhygienic. The bucket and mug were dirty, resembling those found in public restrooms. We were told our room would be ready after our visit to Guruvayoor Temple, but even after returning, the staff delayed our check-in repeatedly. We waited until about 10:00 AM in the heat without air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable, especially for the women and children in our group. Eventually, we decided to leave. After we left, a staff member kept calling and sending voice messages demanding an extra ₹2,000. He also threatened to file a false police complaint, accusing us of stealing items from the refreshment room. He claimed to have influence with local police and said he would "go to any extent," even spending ₹10 lakh if needed. To avoid further harassment, we paid the amount and ended the issue. Guruvayoor is known for its warm hospitality, but this experience was the opposite. I strongly advise families and devotees to avoid staying at Shiva Inn, Guruvayoor due to poor service and threatening staff behavior. Response to Shiva Inn Respectfully, your reply is disappointing and seems based on incorrect information or an attempt to justify events with a different version. To clarify: 1. There was no "gesture of goodwill." We paid ₹2,000 in advance for using a poorly maintained dormitory as a refreshment room. 2. None of our booked rooms were given to us before we left. 3. Before leaving, we informed your staff and returned the dormitory room key. Your voice message never mentioned missing keys, showing these false claims were made only because we posted a Google review. 4. Your staff rudely demanded an extra ₹2,000. We were ready to pay ₹1,200 as a goodwill gesture, but the disrespectful behavior changed our mind. 5. After we left, the lady who booked received repeated calls from your staff. She was scared by their behavior and avoided answering. 6. We contacted you only to stop the harassment. Instead, you threatened to file a police complaint with false accusations. 7. After repeated threats and false claims, we paid the additional ₹2,000 just to end the harassment. We owe nothing more. We actually overpaid due to the harassment and threats. We are grateful that, with Lord Guruvayoorappan's blessings, we chose not to stay at your property. I hope you check facts before making false public claims and treat future guests with respect. I will end this discussion here.
