Nice place to stay

Before reserving a hotel room, it's crucial to know exactly what you expect from your stay. Whether you're traveling with family for a holiday, visiting for work, seeking some solitude to unwind, or just need a clean and comfy spot for a brief stay, different hotels serve different needs. Amaravathi Hotel is a suitable choice, especially for solo travelers and those on personal or business trips. However, I wouldn't suggest it for families, mainly because it has an attached bar. Even though I don't consume alcohol, I must say the bar environment didn't bother me during my visit. The bar restaurant offers food at reasonable prices, with common dishes like chapathi and porotta. For those okay with dining inside a bar setting, it's quite handy. The room I stayed in was clean, roomy, and surprisingly large, which was a highlight of my stay. I stayed for three days. The hotel is very close to Chavakkad Bus Stand, making it easily reachable and convenient for travelers using public transit. There's also a spa and massage center on-site available for an extra fee. In summary, I would suggest Amaravathi Hotel mainly for bachelors, solo travelers, and anyone seeking a practical and affordable stay.

During my visit to Guruvayoor temple, I stayed here for one night. The hotel is conveniently located close to Chavakkad bus stand. The room was clean and well kept. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel features a bar and a spa. However, the atmosphere in the AC bar was below average, and the food quality was not great. There is ample parking space available at the hotel.

The service was terrible and the staff were rude. The hotel bar creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, and there is no elevator. I wish I could rate it zero stars, but that's not an option here. If you're traveling with family, avoid this place as it will ruin your trip.
