Cleanliness was not enough, too expensive for the value they could have been provided with a clean bath towel. The one we have been provided is too old and only one though we were two .

We went to this Guruvayur location to use their refreshment and cloakroom services but did not book a private room, opting for the shared refreshment area instead. Initially, we asked for a private room but were told none were available, so we used the common refreshment space. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and upkeep were very poor. The area was not well maintained, and there were no proper racks or suitable places to store our belongings. The cloakroom where we left our bags did not provide any tokens or identification; all bags were just placed together in a room without lockers or a token system, which made us worry about the safety of our items. When we returned, we were shocked to find our bags left outside. Staff said someone had accidentally placed them there but gave no clear explanation or took responsibility. Luckily, nothing was missing after we checked. We told reception that a proper token system is necessary so customers don’t have to worry about their belongings after paying for cloakroom service. The common washrooms also had serious cleanliness and safety issues. The men's and women's washrooms were very close, and at one point a man accidentally entered the ladies’ washroom, which was very concerning. The setup made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Given the poor cleanliness, lack of security, safety problems, and high prices, I strongly suggest avoiding this place. There are many cheaper and better options nearby. I would not recommend this hotel for refreshment or cloakroom use. Overall, the experience was disappointing and we did not feel safe or comfortable there.

Not worth the cost. The main advantage is its proximity to the Nada.
