I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Sreevar Hotel, Guruvayur, for making our stay from 1 June 2026 to 2 June 2026 a truly pleasant and memorable experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the overall ambiance was welcoming and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and their dedication to cleanliness deserves special recognition. I would also like to commend the Front Office Supervisor and the reception team for their cordial, friendly, and professional service. Due to an error on the Xigo website, I had inadvertently booked a duplicate room. The hotel staff were extremely understanding and went out of their way to assist me in cancelling the extra booking. Their prompt support and willingness to help made the process much easier. While I am still awaiting the refund, I greatly appreciate the assistance and guidance provided by the team. The warmth, hospitality, and customer-focused attitude of all the staff made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. It is rare to find such genuine care and professionalism. Thank you to the entire Sreevar Hotel team for your outstanding service. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guruvayur and look forward to staying here again in the future.
