Very disappointing experience.We were two guests in the room, yet only one towel was provided. When I called reception at 6:45 a.m. on 13th February to request an additional towel ’ as I had an important business meeting to attend ’ I was informed that housekeeping would only provide it after 8:00 a.m.Basic hospitality standards require essentials like towels to be readily available, especially early in the morning when guests are preparing for work or travel. Delaying such a simple request shows poor service management and lack of guest sensitivity.Unfortunately, this was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel for business travellers.

Excellent support from the hotel team during our fireless cooking demonstration and snack service. The staff was well-organized, helpful, and professional. Special appreciation to Mr. Melwyn Gomes for managing everything smoothly from start to end. Thank you for the outstanding service.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed for business trips.They have bed and mattress very unhygienic and it was smelling bad.Rooms literally had spider web ’’?, AC wasn't working properly.If you ask for water after 11 you can't get, receptionist would tell "11 k baad kitchen band ho jata hai" bro it's water.Breakfast: I asked them to give me peeled eggs but he said they can't , to cut eggs there was no knife ’?

We stayed at New Leaf Pune and had a terrible experience from the moment we arrived.First, the receptionist at check-in was extremely rude, but we ignored it and proceeded to our room. Later, when we went to their restaurant, there was only one waiter. We ordered naan, and after a long wait he came and told us it can’t be prepared because the machine isn’t working. Even though the restaurant was empty, our order came very late and the service was completely inattentive ’ we literally had to serve ourselves while the waiter just walked away.During checkout, we were just 15 minutes late and the receptionist started calling us repeatedly in a very rude tone. Even after paying the full bill, she behaved very unprofessionally, saying ’you don’t know what you have taken’ and making faces. When confronted, she gave a very forced apology.Overall, extremely poor service, rude staff and zero hospitality. Definitely the worst hotel experience we’ve had. Would not recommend this place at all

The hotel is good. The rooms are decent, and their size is as expected considering Pune and Mumbai locations. The food is good, but the quantity is too less for the price. The hotel is located on Symbiosis Road, a bit inside, and resembles a society building, which makes it difficult to identify and track. Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel and did not face any connectivity issues. Thank you.
