First ,they do not have parking and least bothered how customer will park or not or they will leave.After this they started asking aadhar for everyone. Me my wife and 2 small kids. i gave aadhar for myself and my wife and said let us check in I will provide for my kids also, since we are tired ,let us take a breath give us some time as it was in trolley..they started saying no I want this now, who knows you kidnapped these children and took them here...I was shocked. What kind of gundas they are. They were showing look in the register Police came to our hotel.I said what can I do if police came to your hotel, you must have done something.Then they started fighting. It was a very disgusting experience. I even provided them my kids Aadhar also they took copies of it. Because of this behaviour from them, My wife and kids got scared and we went off from there.They are goons who might be giving rooms to people who are kidnappers that's why everyone seems to be kidnappers to them..I ask Agoda what kind of hotels have you enlisted on your platform...you should have periodic checks on these kind of filthy hotels.I also have a question for you, I trust Agoda, and booked a hotel from your app.The Hotel misbehaved with Customer, and customer felt humiliated.What should a customer do? Keep his dignity aside and check in to that hotel ? What is Agoda's responsibility towards their customers in this case.?
This is the most third class property which i have ever visited! Room was dirty as hell, bed sheet, pillow covers were dirty, smelly. No cleaning, toilet was dirty and toilet door had no lock! The room had AC but no remote! The reception manager was rude, pathetic behavior! They even did not provide a glass as I asked for it to take medicine. This property is not recommended at all
Very very poor, cleanliness is very bad, staff is also very bad, it's not a hotel it's a brothel user for enjoyment purpose, I found protection ( condom ) behind and under the bed, counter is also bad, bed is broken, bathroom pipes are leaking all the time, broken wash basin, even broken water bucket, communication issue, poor and damp wall, worst hotel I've every stayed till now
