Excellent food warm hospitality by staff. We came here with my 9 month old and i must say the service by the staff was mind blowing. Excellent jungle views and must visit place if you are in search for peace.

Absolutely pathetic experience. This hotel is a complete disaster and nowhere close to acceptable standards. The rooms are extremely ill-maintained with broken wooden flooring that feels unsafe to even walk on. There are barely any working electric points in the room, making it impossible to charge devices conveniently.The worst part ’ we found a RAT inside the bathroom. Completely unhygienic and disgusting. The bathroom amenities were pathetic, the bathroom door wouldn’t even lock properly, and there was no hot water available. Basic necessities were missing.The bed linen had visible stains, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. To top it all off, the AC was not functioning properly, making the stay extremely uncomfortable.This property seriously needs renovation, proper maintenance, and hygiene checks before accepting guests. Totally not worth the money. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Niraamaya Cardamom Club, Thekkady is undeniably one of the most beautiful properties we visited. Surrounded by lush greenery, spices across the estate, and rooms tucked beautifully within nature ’ the views and atmosphere are genuinely a 10/10. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and disconnected from the chaos.The property itself is serene, scenic, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind amidst nature. Waking up to greenery all around was definitely the highlight of the stay.However, the service experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. The rooms were average, but the bigger issue was the dining and overall responsiveness. Even after placing food orders well in advance, something or the other was always missed or forgotten. A large portion of the menu was unavailable, and despite the property operating on an ?? la carte setup due to lower occupancy, basic availability and coordination still seemed lacking.Simple things like cold water or even ice cubes were unavailable at times, which was surprising for a property of this scale. It honestly felt like the hotel was running with very limited staff, possibly even just one chef managing everything.Another concern was the pool maintenance ’ a few tiles inside the pool were broken, and some broken pieces were lying inside, which did not feel safe and definitely needs immediate attention.Overall, the property is visually stunning and perfect for relaxation, but the food, maintenance, and service experience really took away from what could have been an exceptional stay. One leaves wondering how much the breathtaking views are carrying the overall experience.

Cozy rooms. Great service. Good food. I would summarise my experience. They have infinity pool but we couldn't use it because of its timings. Mr. Vinay helped us to guide about sites to visit in Thekkady and did pre bookings.
