Had a very good experience in terms of clean room and bathroom and also the staff was very good.
We had a comfortable stay at Nirbana Palace. The place is nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was varied and the restaurant served good food. The friendly staff made the stay even more comfortable. Special shout out to Neha and her colleagues in royal blue shirts at the restaurant whose smiles and friendly treatment were always a highlight. Perhaps, the only point for improvement is the mattress which needs changing as it isn’t firm anymore. Though I’m sure they’ll take care of that soon. Good stay, would repeat.
The attitude of the reception staff was totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. They showed no willingness to assist guests. We were treated without respect or courtesy, which spoiled our experience. Hospitality should make guests feel welcome, but that was entirely lacking. The front desk team did not meet even the basic expectations of professionalism and customer care. The only good part of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were courteous, attentive, and delivered great service. Due to the poor and unprofessional reception service, I would not suggest this hotel for families.
