I booked Nirbana Heritage Palace for two days for my wedding, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.The overall service was highly unprofessional and completely disorganized. Many of my wedding functions were delayed, and my guests had to wait for hours due to poor coordination. Even basic arrangements were not handled properly. We were promised an extra mattress, but it was only provided after I personally went and followed up multiple times.The biggest concern was the behavior of the GM, Dilip. He was extremely rude and arrogant throughout the process. From the time I tried to discuss wedding d??cor details, he refused to share proper information. When I called to clarify arrangements, he raised his voice and made statements like, ’You’ll have to speak only to me,’ and denied me the opportunity to speak to anyone senior. His constant interference in my events and disrespectful tone caused unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be the most important day of my life. I was literally in tears on my own wedding day because of how the situation was handled.There was clearly a serious lack of communication between the staff and management. For even the smallest requests, no one seemed informed or prepared. It honestly felt like the team was not equipped to manage large-scale wedding events.I would not recommend this property to anyone planning a wedding or major function. A wedding requires coordination, professionalism, and empathy ’ all of which were unfortunately missing here.

I saw a few negative reviews before my stay, so I felt unsure at first. But I’m really happy I decided to come.My experience at Hotel Nirbana Palace was very good. The staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help. They made me feel welcome from the start.The food was tasty and fresh, and the hotel has a peaceful and lovely atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable.I’m glad I didn’t let the bad comments change my mind. I truly enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

To begin with, this is a very beautiful property with a mesmerizing royal appearance inside out along with a strong heritage touch.Service is decent. Rooms are excuisite.Restaurant staff is super helpful and pro active.Neha has been the best to make special arrangements for our anniversary.Suraj and Jagveer were equally welcoming.Thanks to the team for such great hospitality.A must visit to this hotel if anyone plans Jaipur trip.Thanks.

If I would conclude my review in one word so that would be "PATHETIC".No Heritage at all.I have chosen this property by seeing those faked pictures and reviews.Staff is completely unprofessional specially receptionist.They have provided us double bed which they made by joining two singles and that is completely uncomfortable. Even after so many requests they said we couldn't change it as we don't have any room space. However, we realise later that most of the rooms were vacant. And one more thing, they are well trained to how to say 'No' for any of ur asking.Room service is zero after asking for toiletries they provided so. I have seen first ever hotel where we should ask for this things.Food was okay okay but again there is no professionalism, and mannerless.I would not recommend if u specially want to experience any heritage thing.If there is an option to give 0/5 I would select definitely that.
