We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.A special thank you to Mr. Rojit for hisexceptional hospitality and for always making sure we were well looked after. Mr. Himanshu, Mr. Vidhya and Mr.Jatadhari were very accommodating, Anurag was incredibly kind, and Praveen from housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay. Kudos to the whole team.Their genuine care and excellent service made our experience truly memorable. We would happily stay here again!

Group • Aug 2026I had a stay of about 4 days in Orana and the best part of the stay was hygiene and service. It's an extremely functional hotel with great maintenance and cleanliness.Special mention:Kishan: the doorman who was kind enough to help us with the entry and luggage, really happy personality, had pleasure meeting him.Himanshu and Vidya: service team led by them were very courteous and sincere with their work. They assisted us constantly and attended to whatever we needed.Services:1. Food: great quality with good taste (simple but plentiful + fresh ingredients and clean serving)2. Breakfast: great spread (changes daily) with helpful service staff.3. Reception: Helpful and approachable4. Housekeeping: that was the only area where service was good but could be better. The rooms were cleaned daily but bathroom cleaning only involved cleaning the shower floor not the washasin and toilets. Also no dusting or table cleaning was done which made the places slightly icky after a couple of days (so it was on our part to keep the room decent)Housekeeping done by Praveen covered - mopping, replacing essentials, making the bed and changing sheets when asked for, basic bathroom floor cleaning.5. Rooms: covers all basic need- bed, pillows, chairs (chairs need cleaning- one seemed slightly discolored), electric kettle and a big wardrobe and mirrorr with good storage.Overall I would come back again due to it's great service and quality consistency.
