I don't want to sound negative.But I have to say.They know that I booked for 5 nights.They should have given me a better room.1.My room faced a dog kennel,with 3 adult and 3 babies.2.The window behind my bed faced a staircase.So, can't open unless want others to see inside from outside.3.For 4 nights, I didn't asked them to clean my room.But,one one more day, I asked them to clean,but got the same bed sheet.4.The bedsheet had a cigarette burnt hole.5.Pillow inside the pillow case black with overuse.6.T.V not functioning.I didn't want to complain,because I had to stay 5 nights.They could have changed my room when other guest leave.They said,full house.Staff was good.Very friendly and polite.I have photos taken to show all my complains,if you want.Sorry,and thank you.

What else i can add for this stay. the property is clean, have wooden work all over. the staff are so humble and friendly. I agre that location is little bit far from police bazaar, but i will 100 times choose this place for their hospitality and the wonderful khasi people.
