We had a group booking for our stay, and it was handled by Mr. Shashank Bhat, who was extremely cooperative throughout. They were very helpful with last-minute changes and even suggested good alternatives when needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the restaurant served good quality vegetarian food. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant, and value-for-money experience.

We stayed at Hotel Pai Viceroy for four days during our business visit. From day one, the service was excellent. The food was delicious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options’we especially enjoyed the dosa and medu vada. The staff were polite, cooperative, and always ready to assist.Overall, we were very satisfied with the service, food, and comfort provided.If you’re visiting Bangalore, we recommend experiencing their hospitality.

We stayed at Pai Viceroy for several days in January 2026. Right from the room reservations facilitated by Mr Shashank to our frequent check in and outs, to the front desk, housekeeping and dining staff, the service was excellent. Mr Shashank and others made sure our stay was comfortable, the dining staff took care to make sure we knew the location of the breakfast room and housekeeping addressed all our needs. The breakfast spread was very good. Overall it was a great experience and my wife and I now call Pai Viceroy as our ’home away from home’!! Thanks to everyone especially Mr Shashank who made our stay happen. We look forward to our future visits.If there is an area for an improvement it’s the room lighting. Due to the adjacent building there is minimal light coming into the room which is at the highest category. During my most recent visit to India in Jan/Feb 2026 - stayed here on and off for 20+ days.It was an amazing experience.Rooms are maybe 4/5. Location is also 4/5. A bit noisy - tbe in urban Bangalore. Close to metro, and plenty of cafes, retail and restr. nearby. Food is excellent.The service is superb. Cleaning and serving staff are great.But the front office crew is one of the best I've seen - compared to the 100s of hotel stays over the years. On all 5 continents.Led by Ananth and Shashank, the team is always courteous, friendly, efficient. And ready to help with anything.I took the time to get everyone's name - and thank them.Annu, Prashanth, Kishore, Bappaditya, Savitha, Balu, Bapan and Sujay.Kudos guys.Will definitely stay here on my next trip to India/Bangalore.
