Phathetic front office and support staff. All experience was ruined by the front office manager and staff. I closed one of the locker facility and found that keycode to open it is not working. Imagine if I kept my phone for darshan and what nonsense I had to handle. Next to A2B and kapliatheertham are only plus. Parking is open space open to sky and feels like dump yard.
I booked this property through Agoda because the price offered was reasonable, and my reservation was initially shown as confirmed in the Agoda app. However, just one day before my arrival, the booking status changed to unconfirmed.When I contacted the property, I was told that I needed to pay an additional amount to get the booking confirmed. This was very frustrating, especially since I had already planned my trip based on a confirmed reservation.Changing a confirmed booking to unconfirmed at the last minute and asking guests to pay extra is unacceptable and causes unnecessary stress. I expected the confirmed booking and agreed price to be honored.I hope Agoda and the property improve their booking management and pricing transparency to prevent other travelers from facing the same issue.
The room was clean and spacious for a family of 3 and the travel facilities to tirumala is easily available. The stay also provided essential facilities needed for cooking.The location also contains variety of restaurants nearby which saves time on travel to eateries.The view from the room is also good.Had a good peaceful stay.
