But my experience didn't match the expectations. 1 electric kettle was not working..i complained they assured but never came to repair or change it. 2. Reception remained unattended for most of the time. They are not even providing extra water bottles. After asking repeatatively they provided me water bottles during check out. 2 check in and out timing is not as published in booking platforms like ixigo. 3. Towels were not spotless. Many hotels provide better facilities in less prices. 4. I won't recommend or visit the hotel again. 5. The room was very basic with no handwash in the bathroom.

Absolutely safe for solo travelers. The staff is very efficient and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not experience any issues while I stayed here. The interiors of the hotel are beautiful. Would highly recommend this place.
