We just checked into the hotel, but the room was not clean at all. The walkways, corridors, and even the bathroom were dirty and not acceptable. The entire property looks old and poorly maintained.We asked to see another room, but all of the rooms were in the same condition. Because of this, we decided not to stay there. Instead, we booked another hotel which is in much better condition.This experience was a complete waste of our time and money, and we are very disappointed.
I always stay here because the staff is excellent, the rooms are good, and the food is reasonably priced. It's the best place to stay in Ernakulam. The room service food is also outstanding.
