All ok .but not having car parking

Disappointing and Unsafe Experience1. Lack of Basic Amenities: The kitchen had no utensils or gas connection, which meant we couldn’t even boil milk for our baby. This is a major inconvenience for any family traveling with a child and shows a lack of preparation for guests' needs.2. Unsafe Premises: A large amount of water had been spilled in the lobby near the elevator by another resident. Despite the caretaker seeing it, no one cleaned it up. I slipped and fell hard while going out. Thankfully, there were no major injuries, but it was a painful and avoidable accident.3. No Security: There was no security guard on-site. At 4 am, we found the building’s main entrance wide open. While the door technically has a passkey system, it’s useless if left open and unmonitored. This raised serious concerns about safety.4. No Drinking Water Provided: There was no bottled water. Although there was a water purifier, there were no glasses or bottles available, making it difficult to access drinking water ’ another sign of poor hospitality.5. Mosquito Infestation: The room had many mosquitoes, and no repellents or preventive measures were provided. Sleeping comfortably was difficult.Also the booking was done by Make My Trip

I recently stayed at this hotel (park service apartments)’ it was a huge disappointment’ the room was not properly maintained and no parking services’’. And also I paid whole amount for this room and I stayed here for 3 days before arriving I contacted them for providing Gas connection for cooking and they agreed to us and I paid 600 for that bt they didn’t provided any such and on demand for return of money they told me that they will send through bank account and I got them all needed details’ bt didn’t return the money and now they are not responding to my message and calls ’. Such a bad customer service and horrible condition.

It's located in the heart of the city. Ease of access to Airport (12km), bus stand(3km) and Railway station (2km). Godd services and value for money.1 BHK Rs 2000 + tax per day2 BHK Rs 4000 + tax per day3 BHK Rs 6000 + tax per day

Cons : Very poorly maintained, Bad odour in rooms., No dedicated parking slot, AC was not working, No toiletries provided, Dirty bathroomsPros: Very near to RS puram- Brookfield, cheaper than nearby lodges, 2 king size beds
