Our overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was reasonably clean and comfortable, and the location and basic facilities were good. However, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and maintained.When we checked in, the staff asked us to pay an additional 20 in cash for a bottle of water, even though the Agoda booking clearly mentioned that bottled water was provided free of charge. Since we had already paid for the booking, this was quite disappointing.Basic toiletries such as soap were not provided. Even the towels were given only after we specifically asked for them. To make matters worse, there was a used soap left behind by a previous guest in the bathroom, which had clearly not been removed or cleaned before our arrival.The room itself was fine, but cleanliness and basic hospitality need significant improvement. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and ensures better housekeeping and more professional service for future guests.
Waste of money...Only one staff is there which nothing to help for anything..No food....Only one towel...No brush kit...No service..I highly recommend not going to this hotel
