We like the trip very much.multiple swimming pool concept is very good..I am happy with their service . We like their food it taste good. water bottle price is little high. Overall it’s good .. we stayed in luxury family room , the ambiance of our room is superb’ play area is very nice and our kids enjoyed well. We had a really good experience at SR Jungle Property. The property is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully managed. The rooms are pleasant, comfortable, and provide a relaxing stay.A special mention to Mr. Vinoth Kumar, who took utmost care of us and ensured that all guests were comfortable throughout our stay. Despite the property being busy and highly occupied, everything was well-organized and handled professionally.The staff members were supportive, courteous, and always willing to help. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming.Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

We were three families on vacation just to "chill" and SR Jungle resorts turned out to be a pleasant destination. Apart from a few initial hiccups due to a communication gap between the restaurant service personnel, due to limited menu options for vegetarians the chef with his magic hands gave us heartwarming homely dishes. The curd rice , the dhal methi , the starters pepper fried baby corn 555 paneer, special brinjal starter, the rotis were allll so good. The breakfast spread was elaborate and very good.The early morning trek was a good experience.The swimming pools are maintained very well. The ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy at aura spa is worth every penny. The place is clean and very well maintained. I would also like to add that one of us had a pedicure but it was overpriced.Its definitely not a place for a good chai or a kaapi for the exhorbitant price charged but do try the elaneer payasam at coffee kudil.The housekeeping staff were a friendly lot and were quick in answering our requests.The only reason a 4 star is given because we saw the owner of the resort berating the staff in front of us -the guests using bad vocabulary. Whatever criticism there was could have been behind closed doors ’?

We stayed at SR Jungle Resort, Anaikatti for one day with high expectations, but unfortunately our experience was not satisfactory compared to many other staycations we have had.The room and bathroom cleanliness need significant improvement. The bathroom felt old-fashioned, and the water drainage issue made it uncomfortable to use. For the price charged, we expected much better maintenance and overall service quality.Food pricing was another disappointment. Even basic items like tea were highly overpriced and did not match the quality or taste. The buffet dinner was especially expensive for the limited variety offered. As vegetarians, we expected at least some standard options like paneer or mushroom dishes, but the choices were minimal and the taste was average. Breakfast also did not meet our expectations.We have stayed at several other resorts offering much better rooms, service, and even lunch and dinner buffets at a lower price point. Considering the premium pricing here, we expected a far better overall experience.Hope the management takes this feedback constructively and improves the quality of service and dining experience for future guests.
