No food included and activities which are not in good condition and we don’t get food when required it was like strict timings
There was no food available on our time of arrival. While there was a menu at the room we were told only buffet is available we were told our chefs are busy so we can’t make anything we agreed and asked what time the buffet would be available and they first promised 7:30 pm then 7:45 and it was only at 8:15 it finally was ready…but wait not the buffet 2 items out of the dinner one a curry which we couldn’t eat because the roti was not ready and another started They gave us the option to eat that until the rest of the dinner was ready. Nobody took us through what Fecility is available at the resort nothing we had to explore all of it by ourselves When we had to check out the first 2 things that we were served as part of the buffet were charged to us separately until we had to talk about it and have it removed of the bill later.In short nice locationWell maintained But hospitality was poor with very poor management
We had booked via AGODA but unfortunately AGODA did overbooking. This was quite frustrating. Resort team was supportive- offered us food and Tea.From outside found the ambience good and staff very supportive
