Playotel Inn Anmol Classic

Stayed at Hotel Anmol Classic recently. The location is definitely very good and convenient.However, the overall experience was not satisfactory. We had booked two rooms on the second floor. Throughout the night, there were constant noises from the third floor people walking, running, and creating disturbance, which made it very uncomfortable. Even late at night, loud voices could be heard in the corridor with no proper discipline maintained.In one of the rooms, the bathroom water flow was extremely slow, which was inconvenient. We also ordered salad through room service, but it seemed to be cut long before serving it was soft and not fresh at all.While the location is good, the lack of proper management, maintenance, and quality control made the stay disappointing.I would not prefer to stay here again.

The Towels , Bedsheets and Duvet were in a Bad State. hotel Should Focus on improving these Not Much an Expensive thing can Improve Guest Experience to a Great Extent

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Hotel Anmol Classic, Jabalpur, which lasted for three days. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.From the first day itself, the room condition was not satisfactory. The washroom was very dirty, and I immediately requested a room change. Although the manager shifted me to another room, the condition of the second room was also not up to basic hospitality standards.On the next morning, I woke up to find water spread across the room floor due to a choked washroom. I informed the receptionist, and once again, I was shifted to another room. Shockingly, the same issue occurred again the following day. Due to these repeated problems, I was forced to check out earlier than planned.When I met the manager, Mr. Ashish, in the morning to discuss these issues, his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, he raised his voice and shouted at me, stating that he had already changed the room. I clearly explained that the problem continued even after the room change, but his response was highly inappropriate and unacceptable.I would like to highlight that I paid the full amount, yet the services provided were pathetic, and the conduct of the manager was completely against hospitality ethics. Such behaviour from a manager is intolerable and leaves a very negative impression of the hotel.

1-night stay at Anmol Classic's Hotel Play Hotel, Jabalpur - mixed bag ’?. Reception staff were super friendly ’?, but that's where it ended. Booked an extra bed & had to call SIX TIMES from afternoon to night to get it ’?. No provisions in room, & housekeeping was a big zero ’?. I had booked the rooms a week before and checked in at 5 am and they gave us the wrong room for the night. Asked us to change rooms cause there was a "technical issue" and they had to shift is to a suite. We had specifically said tht we want 3 beds, they asked the 3rd person to sleep on the floor on the mattress. As soon as we were shifted to the suite they delayed the room service by an hour. During the check out they charged us too much saying it was the suite. One of the worst services, the only thing they're good at is ripping of people.
