We sincerely thank the hotel staff for their honesty and kindness. We had unknowingly left our purse with valuables in the lounge, and the reception promptly contacted us. Their integrity and professionalism are truly commendable. We are very grateful.

If you're a foreigner travelling to India this would not be a good experience and leave a sour taste in your mouth.My stay in this hotel was abysmal. The staff were rude, they make you wait when you're picking up the keys, and the after 30 minutes they refuse that they asked you to wait. The rooms had no hot water and the toilets were quite unclean, overall it was an unsatisfactory experience.

This hotel has good infrastructure ’ a well-designed lobby, ample parking, decent-sized rooms, and unusually wide corridors that give it the feel of a large hotel.Unfortunately, the service and hospitality standards are far below acceptable levels.From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience was extremely poor. Guests were left unattended, the security staff showed little awareness or courtesy, and the front office was inefficient and unprofessional. The check-in process took an unreasonably long time, causing my family to wait in the lobby and leading to significant frustration. This alone reflected a complete lack of basic hospitality training.The in-room experience was no better. For a property calling itself a business hotel, it failed to provide even basic amenities. There was no kettle in the room, and only one sachet each of tea, coffee, and sugar. When a kettle was finally delivered after calling reception, it came without the power base and connecting cord, requiring yet another follow-up. Such repeated lapses show a serious lack of attention to detail and service readiness.While the hotel looks good on the outside, operations and guest service are poorly managed. Unless the management urgently improves staff training, front office efficiency, and basic service standards, the property will continue to disappoint guests despite having good facilities.

When Agoda says you can pay at the hotels, then pause for a moment go check into the hotels only after taking a look at the rooms, washrooms and everything.. it's a lesson. Rusted and dirty toilet seats and head shower not at all working and the bucket they have kept is completely dirty, only thing which was good is the matress, even complementary breakfast is not that greaand even cockroaches were early for their breakfast too.. one of the worst experience, definitely not value for money.
