’I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. As a tour operator with a cab driver, we brought guests there, but they completely ignored basic human needs. Our cab driver had a severe stomach ache late at night and was refused access to a restroom. The staff lacked any consideration, simply saying that restrooms weren’t allowed. It was inhumane and unacceptable. I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.’

Questionable cleanliness. We ended up in a tiny room with stained sheets on the bed. Poorly maintained. It's also very noisy, with numerous sources of noise (kitchen fan, very close neighbors shooting, noise from the hallway in a bad insulated building) until 11 p.m. Overall, the staff were helpful and welcoming, but at breakfast, one of them was almost aggressive.

The staff are cooperative but the room furniture needs repairs. And the hotel trying to save on complimentary breakfast by not keeping enough on the table. Would like to skip this place next time.
