Hotel is ok but staff have no regards to their guests. Had bitter experience with the guy called Prabakar sitting in the reception. He is a nasty rude fellow doesn't know what is hospitality. Unfit to be in hotel sector. This is for the kind information to the owner of this hotel. This guy was harassing us on the day when we have to check out. Constantly bothering us by calling and sending people to the room from 11am while check out was at 11.30am.

Prime location. Ample underground parking. Courteous staff. Nice room. Restaurant available insite and according to your any choices nearby. Fresh smell. No minifridge.

’I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. As a tour operator with a cab driver, we brought guests there, but they completely ignored basic human needs. Our cab driver had a severe stomach ache late at night and was refused access to a restroom. The staff lacked any consideration, simply saying that restrooms weren’t allowed. It was inhumane and unacceptable. I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.’

Questionable cleanliness. We ended up in a tiny room with stained sheets on the bed. Poorly maintained. It's also very noisy, with numerous sources of noise (kitchen fan, very close neighbors shooting, noise from the hallway in a bad insulated building) until 11 p.m. Overall, the staff were helpful and welcoming, but at breakfast, one of them was almost aggressive.
