Terrible Stay Experience

Absolutely horrific experience. TV doesn’t work, you cannot adjust the fan speed, the sheets are really old, smelly and dirty. The guy at the reception knows nothing. They don’t have towels - the answer is everything is gone for laundry. Extremely poor and incompetent people. Just stay at the IBIS around the corner, it was a bad mistake from my end.

Frustrating Business Stay

Our stay at DejaVu Hotel was quite disappointing. The hotel was under renovation during our visit, yet it was still being listed and accepted bookings on online platforms ’ which is highly inconvenient for guests. There was no proper receptionist; instead, a friend of the manager attended to us and tried to help, but the process was unorganized. We had to wait over 40 minutes just to check in. I came for a business meeting and made a plan to prepare presentation out there, but no wifi!The room itself lacked basic amenities: no hot water, a poorly functioning air conditioner, and overall low maintenance, despite the property having decent space and potential.Another major issue was with the entrances. There are two access points, but only one is familiar. The Google Maps route leads to a confusing back entrance with no signboards or directions, making it very hard to locate the hotel.Suggestion: If the property is under renovation and not ready to offer full service, online bookings should be temporarily disabled. Also, placing clear signage at both entrances would significantly improve the guest experience.Thanks.
