’ Avoid This Hotel ’ Extremely Disappointing StayI strongly advise against booking this property. My stay was frustrating from start to finish and nowhere close to what a decent hotel experience should be.’Unfriendly and unhelpful staff: The staff appeared uninterested and dismissive. Requests were met with indifference rather than basic hospitality.’Insufficient drinking water: The room had only one small bottle of water, which is unacceptable. Additional water was neither proactively provided nor easily available.’Poor Wi-Fi connectivity: The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak with poor range, making it nearly unusable even for basic tasks.’No landline in the room: Shockingly, there is no room phone to contact reception. For a hotel, this is a basic necessity.’Slow mobile response from reception: Calling the hotel reception on mobile took a long time to get a response, adding to the inconvenience.’Insufficient parking: Parking space is limited and poorly managed, causing unnecessary stress.’Dingy, congested rooms: The room felt cramped, poorly ventilated, and overall uncomfortable ’ far from what the photos or pricing suggest....Overall, the hotel lacks basic amenities, proper management, and any sense of customer care. There are plenty of better options available at similar or even lower prices. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
