Rooms are entirely different from the photos. Rooms and property are not clean at all . Couldn't even cancel the booking.
☆☆☆☆ (1/5)My recent stay at this hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was in terrible condition and was not even up to the standard of a basic lodge.The window was broken, allowing countless mosquitoes into the room throughout the night. Because of the broken window, the constant barking of street dogs outside made it impossible to sleep. The TV was not working, there was no complimentary drinking water, and even basic toiletries like soap were not provided.The room and walls were poorly maintained, with scratches and signs of neglect everywhere. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to use. There was no lift, so guests had to carry their luggage up to the second floor using the stairs.To make matters worse, the reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in addressing the problems or helping guests.Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or decent stay. There are far better options available for the price.
