The hotel is old but well-kept and modern in its interior design. The rooms are beautiful, but as mentioned, old, which is why plaster was loose near the TV. They follow sustainability well with glass water bottles and other measures adopted in other hotels. Their online menu and in-room dining order were unique. They could improve the service provided in the breakfast buffet, though the options and food are good. The location is nice, and you can walk around and spend time if needed. I did not get time to use other services as I was there just for a day. Good value for money option.

Great experience with the stay, we had 4 rooms and the entire family enjoyed the rooms, in room dining and breakfast. Great service provided by Santhosh, Vidya at the front desk. Shriya provided great service during breakfast and Pankaj was amazing with the laundry. Entire staff was helpful and courteous. Will be booking whenever I travel to CBE next. If I had to provide some recommendations - they should try and find ways to speed up check-in. The staff are amazing but appear to be constrained by a process that could be made more efficient.

We went there for a birthday celebration lunch as family, they made it very special. We throughout enjoyed the special attention.Food had limited options for the buffet, but all items tasted very good. Nice and relaxed ambience with live music.Best place to take your family.

Excellent Stay, but Room for Improvement in Membership IntegrationI recently had a wonderful stay at Welcomhotel Coimbatore. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are notably spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent’centrally situated yet quiet. Every meal at the restaurant was excellent, and the service from the staff was truly top-notch.However, I encountered a persistent issue regarding my Club ITC membership benefits. As a member, I am entitled to discounts on dining, but there seems to be a lack of uniformity between the check-in system and the restaurant. I had to manually update and remind the restaurant staff about the discount every single time a bill was produced. For a 5-star hotel of this standing, this process should be seamless and automated once a guest has checked in. Improving this integration would greatly enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the high service standards ITC is known for.

It was especially impressive how every staff member took the time to greet guests with a smile whenever they crossed paths, creating a genuinely welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.The hotel’s location is another major advantage, as it is conveniently situated close to key areas in Coimbatore, making travel and accessibility very easy. This added great value to the overall experience.The dining experience was equally delightful. The food spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of options, and the quality of the dishes was outstanding. Every meal was well-prepared, flavorful, and thoroughly enjoyable, reflecting the high standards maintained by the culinary team.I was also pleasantly surprised by the room. Even the basic category rooms are impressively spacious, which is quite rare in a city setting.
