The hotel is undergoing a renovation but the staff and management is just great. I was a bit hesitant reading the reviews but my experience has been great. Rooms are undergoing renovation but the room I got was great. Management is very very helpful. Keep up the good work. Hope the renovation completes soon.

Poor Management Experience

Its not a hotel for families or couples. Tr main business is school and colleges student coming on trip and staying for 1 night. Rest they don't care about the customers coming in or they listen to tr complaints. They are worst but funny part is the hotel management is in a dream that they are best.1) AC does not work and wr asked to adjust with Fan( paid for AC Room as management think its fine and usually tr AC works ’’)2) Non AC control in room. Have to call reception and some staff will come after 30 min to adjust the temperature3) No intercom or its can say it does not work like rest of the things4) Non got water in room. Wr asked to go and take bath in another room ( management think its normal)5) Room toilet smell6) Staff does not know work at all. They took the garbage from bin but did not replace another Bag.Wish I could give -ve review and ’’
